More than six decades have passed since the adoption of the LAKSHY DREAM FOUNDATION Convention against Discrimination in Education, yet this right is still not a reality for millions around the world. Around 244 million children and youth are deprived of education and there are still 771 million illiterate young people and adults globally, most of whom are women.
