Role Description
This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a Public Health Projects Officer.
The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring public health programs aimed at promoting community health.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing initiatives for health promotion, collaborating with stakeholders, and analyzing data to support informed decision-making.
The officer will also work to ensure effective communication and coordination with team members and external partners to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Environmental Health, Medicine, and understanding of public health challenges
Expertise in Community Health and Health Promotion practices
Proven Analytical Skills to assess and interpret public health data
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with diverse community members and stakeholders
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Community Health, Environmental Health, Medicine, or a related field
Familiarity with public health policies and regulations is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a virtual team environment
Experience in developing and implementing public health initiatives is highly desirable
